At Evergreen, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure your living space remains a sanctuary.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
